Marty is a second-generation auctioneer with over 25 years of experience in the auction industry. As past executive board member of one of the largest national real estate auction firms, he has successfully conducted auctions for millions of dollars in real property assets throughout the United States and Europe. He has served on the Auction Marketing Institute's technology committee, state Auctioneers Association’s Legislative committee’s and is a past speaker at state and national conventions. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Marty is an instructor at World Wide College of Auctioneering, teaching their course on Real estate auctions and bid calling, and is one of a hand full of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE). He was the Runner up to the International Champion Auctioneer in San Antonio, TX in 2001 and the World Championships in Toronto, Canada. He has conducted auctions throughout the US, as well as the UK and other European countries. He has helped many non-profit organizations raise millions of dollars to benefit their causes. Marty holds degrees from The University of Wyoming with graduate studies at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Saqib is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in technology, investments, strategy, business development and entrepreneurship. He has been involved across industries, in corporations and startups as an executive, an advisor, and as an investor.

He has founded two technology companies (inCampus and Metafos), and run a strategy and investments firm (Conceivian) during the past four years. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at Microsoft in various technology and management roles.

Saqib’s deeper commitment relates to building out the forthcoming “green economy”. He is committed to a shift in society, at the local and international levels, wherein conscious practices are established to create peace and win-win conditions for the planet and all its inhabitants.

Maureen has spent the last three decades running and managing her own consulting business, assisting others in solving complex business and personal challenges. Immediately prior to joining Radiance, Maureen held the role of Senior Vice President at Metafos, a payment system technology firm, where she oversaw Corporate Affairs, Strategy, and Finance departments.

Currently, she is the Managing Partner of Radiance Consulting Group, dedicated to advocacy for and the success of organizations participating in the establishment of the forthcoming Green Economy. When she is not working with clients, she spends good bit of her work time in the research and analysis of technologies, investments, policies and politics behind CleanTech industrial revolution.

In her free time, Maureen takes a huge interest in social welfare issues, especially issues faced by women in the workplace and in life.
